Overview

We are seeking a Design Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between Brand and Performance Marketing, ensuring we can deliver high-quality, high-volume creative assets at speed.

In Short

Adapt and produce campaign assets from brand-provided master files.
Create multiple creative variations across static, animated, and video formats.
Ensure brand consistency across all formats, platforms, and brokers.
Rapidly respond to compliance-driven content updates (e.g. banned/flagged terms).
Deliver high-volume outputs (26+ assets per campaign message).
Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Performance teams to align on requirements.
Maintain organized file management and naming conventions for scalability.
