Overview

The QA Analyst is responsible for developing and executing manual tests that validate the functionality, performance, stability, and security of the company’s integrated product line end-to-end, in both software and hardware products.

In Short

Full-time position as a QA Analyst at 365 Retail Markets.
Responsible for manual testing of software and hardware products.
Facilitate various types of testing including regression and performance testing.
Document test cases in test case management software.
Perform testing against physical hardware like sales kiosks.
Investigate product issues and customer complaints.
Communicate defects to the team effectively.
Collaborate with QA and development teams across time zones.
Participate in Agile development processes and advocate for QA best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and enhance QA methodologies.

Requirements

Associates Degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of QA experience.
Experience with payment testing.
Experience with web application testing (Android, iOS, tablet a plus).
Experience with test case management tools (Testrail or equivalent) a plus.
Experience with SQL queries is a plus.
Experience with REST APIs is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
