Overview

This role is for a Senior Business Operations & Compliance Manager who will be responsible for various operational needs, compliance, and supporting revenue operations in a fully remote environment.

In Short

Requirements

• Experience in operations, compliance, IT coordination, or legal/business support roles.
• Comfortable using AI tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
• Familiarity with GDPR, SOC 2, or SaaS security principles is a bonus.
• Enjoys the pace and variety of startup life.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, and HubSpot.
• Open to learning CRM reporting.
