Underwriting Assistant - Remote

Overview

Resilience is looking for dynamic recent graduates or early-career professionals to join our Operations team. This position offers the opportunity to support our underwriting team specialized in cyber risks and technology professional liability (Tech E&O) by participating in the assessment of insurance applications, preparing contractual documents, and managing files.

In Short

• Assist an underwriting team in reviewing and processing insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information provided by insured parties.
• Respond to inquiries from brokers, clients, and other team members regarding policy details and portfolio information.
• Establish strong relationships with brokers to ensure smooth transactions and strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborate with other departments (claims, security sales, security engagement team, administrative team) for effective portfolio management.
• Prepare and issue policies, endorsements, and ensure compliance of files throughout the contract duration.
• Provide active support in the underwriting process for new business and renewals.
