• Responsible for educating and helping customers work through their claims.
• Handle an inventory of claims and triage critical claims.

• Manage legal aspects of litigated cases and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience is key.
• 7+ years experience handling Professional Lines claims.
• Active adjuster license(s) required.
• Knowledge of state regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make sound decisions.
• Curious and motivated by problem solving.
• Willingness to travel for client and claims needs.
