Overview

The Revenue Management Assistant is responsible for supporting the Revenue Management team by monitoring, updating, and maintaining systems related to pricing, inventory, and revenue optimization.

In Short

• Monitor and update Revenue Management systems for pricing and inventory control.
• Transcribe pricing strategies from Revenue Analysts into relevant systems.
• Identify and document system discrepancies or issues.
• Assign inventory and event tags in the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Assist with maintenance of related data systems for revenue optimization.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to align processes with company goals.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues and clients.
• Work well in a collaborative environment.
• Adapt to rapidly shifting priorities and demands.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• Understanding of Excel/Google Sheets basic formulas and functions.
• Technologically savvy with quick learning abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable and collaborative team player.
• Ability to accommodate rapidly shifting priorities.
• At least two monitors to work on.
