Overview

The Brand Designer (CX Focused) will play a critical role in strengthening RepeatMD’s relationships with its clients through impactful designs.

• Create high-impact designs to enhance customer experience.
• Design assets for client engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Marketing teams.
• Manage multiple design projects from ideation to execution.
• Own the design process ensuring quality and deadlines.

• Showcase industry trends through benchmark studies.
• Design materials tailored to existing customers.
• Support onboarding and client-focused campaigns.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail in all designs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design workflows.
• Experience with video editing tools is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing CX-focused designs.
• Demonstrated ability to create designs that resonate with customers.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail.
