Temporary Part-Time Coordinator, Field Activation - Remote

Overview

The Field Activation Coordinator is essential in mobilizing Jewish adults to lead, learn, and inspire as Service Ambassadors. This role oversees a dynamic Service Ambassador program designed to empower Jewish adults to launch impactful service projects and strengthen Jewish community bonds.

In Short

• Part-time temporary position expected to end on or around April 30, 2026.
• Manage the application and onboarding process for 300 service ambassadors.
• Recruit diverse candidates for the ambassador program.
• Organize sessions for ambassadors to deepen their understanding of Jewish teachings.
• Monitor program impact through surveys and participation tracking.
• Provide administrative support to the Field Activation team.
• Enhance the Ambassador engagement strategy.
• Support a comprehensive alumni engagement plan.
• Work remotely.
• Report to the Senior Director, Field Activation.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in alumni management, volunteer recruitment, or peer engagement.
• Skilled in networking and building relationships.
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Experience launching and managing new initiatives is a plus.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
