In Short

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related questions.
• Coordinate the recruiting process including job postings and applicant correspondence.
• Prepare employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documents.
• Manage personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain and manage personnel data in the HR system.
• Assist with payroll preparation and collaborate closely with the trustee.
• Participate in HR projects and process optimizations.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with further education in HR (e.g., HR specialist certificate).
• Experience in the HR field.
• Very good German language skills, English skills are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with HR tools.
• Work discreetly, reliably, and in a structured manner.
• Enjoy supporting colleagues and being a team player.
