Vice President of Product Management - Remote

Overview

The Vice President of Product Management is responsible for running a top-notch enterprise software product. The position will be responsible for injecting extensive domain experience as well as customer and market knowledge into the product software development process. You will define and execute on a product roadmap and be a significant contributor to Go-to-market activities.

In Short

• Drive the what, why, and when to maximize product investments.
• Represent the overall market needs back to the company in order to drive revenue, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
• Work with customers, prospects, analysts, internal, and other stakeholders to understand market needs.
• Operationalize quantitative analysis to supplement qualitative analysis, feeding into prioritization and roadmap processes.
• Compile strong business cases for significant investment areas.
• Drive an exceptional product management team that provides market requirements, use cases, stories, and other artifacts to architecture and engineering to ensure what is built matches market needs.
• Help drive a highly efficient agile process.
• Collaborate and influence heavily across engineering as well as the cross functional business to ensure optimal decision making.
• Provide a strong combination of functional leadership, technical leadership, and market expertise across the team.
• Research, establish, and execute against an internal and external roadmap, optimizing the market needs alongside product health.
• Help drive an efficient UX design practice.
• Navigate difficult technical trade-off decisions.
• Manage a team of product managers, business analysts, and UX designers.
• Be a significant contributor to GTM activities, including offering definition and product marketing.
• Leverage AI for product management operational efficiency and customer value.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 10+ years of product management experience, including management level
• 5+ years of product management experience in complex enterprise (B2B) SaaS applications
• 5+ years of experience in financial services software
• 5+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software product management
• Strong Agile methodologies
• Exceptionally strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Strong technical acumen
• Expertise in data driven analysis
• Successful results in bringing new offerings to market that drive revenue growth
• Experience using and leveraging AI in day to day operations and bringing to market AI based customer features
• Experience integrating multiple software applications into a comprehensive market solution and portfolio is a plus
• Reporting and analytics software module experience is a plus
