Vice President of Product Management - Remote

EnrollHere is seeking a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Product Management to lead our product strategy and drive execution across teams. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who thrives in the space between vision and detail—someone who can define a multi-year roadmap while also writing user stories, reviewing designs, and testing features alongside Engineering and Design.

In Short

• Define and evolve the product vision and long-term roadmap in collaboration with the executive team
• Ensure alignment between product priorities, technical capabilities, and business outcomes
• Represent the product internally and externally, including to partners, customers, and board members
• Conduct customer discovery and gather feedback to validate product direction
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional reviews
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to deliver high-quality features on time
• Mentor and grow a high-performing product team
• Define and monitor KPIs for product performance and customer adoption
• Use customer insights, analytics, and competitive research to drive continuous improvement
