Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Travel Agent to join our team, supporting both international and domestic travel bookings.

In Short

• Manage travel bookings for individual travelers and groups using Amadeus.
• Prepare and issue group contract tickets in Amadeus.
• Read, interpret, and apply fare rules accurately to ensure correct pricing.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors via email and phone in professional English.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation in MS Excel.
• Assist with both international and domestic travel arrangements.
• Provide support and guidance to clients regarding travel policies, fares, and regulations.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Amadeus reservation management.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience in customer service.
