Overview

The Data Entry Specialist (Logistics) is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing logistics-related data within our systems to support the smooth operation of our supply chain.

In Short

• Enter and update shipping, receiving, and inventory data into the company database.
• Import receiving DO's from customers into internal software called PortPro.
• Maintain records of logistics transactions, including invoices and shipping documents.
• Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams.
• Prepare and generate reports on logistics activities.
• Monitor and track shipments for on-time delivery.
• Assist with customs and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with logistics software, preferably PortPro.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
