Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CFTSS Session Notes Writer to support our clinical team by accurately documenting session notes for Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) programs.

In Short

• Review and transcribe session summaries based on therapist-provided input or audio recordings.
• Write clear, accurate, and timely clinical progress notes in alignment with CFTSS requirements and Medicaid regulations.
• Ensure all documentation meets HIPAA standards, agency guidelines, and billing compliance.
• Accurately document interventions, client progress, goals addressed, and future plans.
• Maintain secure and organized digital records of all session notes.
• Collaborate with clinicians and supervisors to clarify any unclear information or ensure consistency with care plans.
• Meet weekly deadlines for submission of completed notes.

Requirements

• Experience in behavioral health documentation.
• Familiarity with Medicaid-compliant note formats.
• Detail-oriented with strong writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
