Bookkeeper & Data Entry Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Bookkeeper & Data Entry Specialist who will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and processing payroll.

In Short

• Accurately enter financial transactions into Zoho Books and maintain records.
• Process payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Assist in generating financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and payroll regulations.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and end-of-year financial reporting.
• Work with the finance team to improve financial processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience using Zoho Books.
• Proficient in data entry and accounts reconciliation.
• Knowledge of payroll processing.
