Overview

A fast-growing UK-based company is seeking talented and experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their dynamic team. This role involves executing outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach, to generate and nurture leads. SDRs will work 30-hour weeks, as the company believes six hours of execution is optimal. You will be working with a company that values efficiency, performance, and high-quality sales execution. This is a fantastic opportunity for South African sales professionals to work with an international client base while benefiting from a structured and results-driven environment.

In Short

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and LinkedIn outreach to generate sales opportunities.
  • Engage potential clients through professional and persuasive communication.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimise outreach strategies.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets for calls, messages, and lead conversions.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to refine sales techniques and market knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in an SDR, BDR, or similar role.
  • Strong background in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
  • Reliable laptop and stable internet connection are required.
