Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing international recruitment team, based in Cape Town, working closely with our UK headquarters to expand operations in South Africa and the Asia Pacific region.

• Identify, attract, and place high-quality candidates within international markets.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with UK-based businesses.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth candidate placements.
• Participate in a structured training academy for the first six months.
• Maintain a high-performance mindset, working towards individual and team targets.
• Comfortable working from an office in Cape Town, with flexible remote options after training.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and own laptop.
• Strong sales and business development skills required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within international markets.
