In Short

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Java and Spring Boot
• Own the end-to-end implementation of complex features and services
• Architect and maintain robust APIs and scalable microservices
• Collaborate closely with Product Manager, Designer, and other Engineers to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, promoting best practices in software development
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Participate actively in Engineering Chapters (Front-End & Back-End), sharing knowledge and raising the bar on engineering standards

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in web application development with at least 3 years working with both front-end and back-end technologies
• Deep experience with React and TypeScript for building modern web applications
• Good command of Java and Spring Framework or Python and one of its framework for building back-end services
• Experience designing and implementing REST and GraphQL APIs
• A strong understanding of security principles and performance optimization
• Ability to write clean, modular and testable code
