The Roofing Field Project Supervisor provides on-site supervision for roofing projects throughout Massachusetts, ensuring installation quality, code compliance, and clear communication with customers and inspectors.

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in construction; roofing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to supervise labor crews and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts residential roofing codes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with mobile apps and cloud-based documents.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred.
