We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Consumer Business team at Reliance Health. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting seamless, user-centered experiences across our consumer-facing products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to understand user needs, identify opportunities, and deliver intuitive solutions that drive impact.

This is a critical role focused on both user and business outcomes—balancing deep research, competitive insight, thoughtful interaction design, and clean visual execution. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, mission-driven team committed to improving access to quality healthcare in emerging markets.

In Short

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, accessible, and impactful user experiences.
• Conduct user research to uncover pain points, opportunities, and behaviours that guide your design decisions.
• Perform competitive analysis to understand how others solve similar problems and identify gaps or opportunities for differentiation.
• Translate insights into clear user journeys, flowcharts, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all user touchpoints.
• Run usability tests to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Communicate your ideas clearly through documentation, presentations, and specs.
• Partner with engineering to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in user experience design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of interaction design principles and visual design fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
