• Own and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for senior-level and niche technical roles across engineering and product teams.
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop aligned sourcing approaches.
• Use Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn to build and manage high-quality pipelines of passive talent.
• Drive sourcing innovation by identifying new tools and approaches to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
• Provide strategic market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in hardware, preferably within aerospace or high-growth tech environments.
• Demonstrated success sourcing for a wide range of technical roles.
• Deep expertise with modern sourcing tools and techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of mentoring and developing sourcing peers.
