A digital-first marketing agency is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee and maintain multiple e-commerce websites for a portfolio of spirits brands. The role involves managing online storefronts with varying SKUs, optimizing logistics, and enhancing customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about consumer behavior, and knowledgeable in inventory management, third-party logistics, and shipping carriers.

In Short

• Manage and maintain multiple e-commerce websites on Shopify.
• Coordinate with third-party fulfillment and customer service partners.
• Optimize inventory, shipping profiles, and product listings.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and conduct regular QA.
• Develop and launch new bundles, SKUs, and promotions.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights.
• E-commerce Website Project Launch Management.
• Set up of Shopify apps, shipping settings, and user access.
• Coordination with 3PLs on SKU specs, shipping policies, and other key settings.
• Live QA, test orders, and oversight of final adjustments.

Requirements

• 4+ years in e-commerce operations.
• Strong experience with Shopify; WordPress is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and data analysis.
• Experience with logistics, fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
