CPG Brand Development Manager - Remote

Overview

Regenified™ is looking for an experienced Brand Development professional to develop the framework and procedures to establish world class customer service and experience for our brand clients, focusing on building relationships with CPG companies and related partners.

In Short

• Prospect and develop partnerships with CPG companies.
• Ensure all leads are followed up and converted to deals.
• Work closely with Marketing and Field Verification teams.
• Coordinate between suppliers and brands.
• Assist clients in achieving regenerative management goals.
• Develop internal processes for managing the sales journey.
• Own relationships with assigned clients for retention and satisfaction.
• Identify sources of business to support sales efforts.
• Manage CRM and sales data.
• Collaborate with Marketing for asset development.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in product or brand management with a CPG company.
• Strong tactical execution and high-level thinking.
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends.
• Minimum 2 years experience with CRM, ideally Salesforce.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excited about working in an early-stage organization.
• Ability to work fully remotely.
