Overview

Reddit is seeking a Staff Product Manager as the first PM hire within the SPACE org. This role involves owning the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, crucial to supporting Reddit’s global growth and navigating the evolving regulatory landscape.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Proven experience in setting and achieving product visions.
• Experience shipping B2C or compliance products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in setting team goals.
• Skilled in writing product strategy documents.
• Experience with backend-driven systems.
• Strong influencing and communication skills.
• Experience working with executive leadership.
