Senior Engineering Manager, Content Platform - Remote

Overview

The Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Content Platform team, responsible for Reddit’s core data models and the maintenance of the legacy stack, while driving the evolution of core systems to support Reddit's growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• 7+ years of experience with large-scale backend distributed systems.
• Experience with high rate platform services and API design.
• Strong communication skills and empathy.
• Proficiency in Go, Kubernetes, Cassandra, Redis is preferred.
• BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
