Marketing Project Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Marketing Project Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives for the Mid-Market EMEA team. This 6-month contract role is designed to support the execution and delivery of a variety of marketing projects, establish and implement marketing processes, and assist in key marketing communications initiatives.

• Support the execution of an annual marketing calendar focused on driving brand awareness.
• Create systems and processes to scale marketing activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop localized marketing materials.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple projects.
• Background in B2B marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Experience in lead-gen marketing for media platforms.
• Understanding of the European advertising landscape.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a bonus.
