Overview

As an IT Governance & Financial Analyst at Redcare Pharmacy, you will ensure the governance framework operates seamlessly, manage high-quality data, and drive process improvements.

In Short

• Process and validate IT data for monthly reports.
• Support tracking and evaluation of IT investments.
• Monitor IT budgets and prepare financial reports.
• Collaborate with the IT governance team on new initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and reports for IT management.
• Conduct data analysis to identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Utilize automation tools like Power Query and Power BI.
• Maintain high standards of data quality.
• Communicate key insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Support decision-making and forecasting.

Requirements

• Professional education in IT or comparable qualification.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Jira, Excel, Confluence, and Power Query/Power BI.
• Experience in IT investment controlling is an advantage.
• Experience with governance principles like COBIT/ITIL is a plus.
• Good knowledge of German (B2 level) is essential.
• Business proficiency in English required.
