Senior Data Scientist - Remote

Overview

The Financial Services division is looking to add a Senior Data Scientist to our data team. As a Sr Data Scientist you will be responsible for driving meaningful change across our business. By leveraging your expertise in ideating how trends in our data can inform business strategy, you will partner directly with website experience, paid media, business operations, and SEO teams to maximize the value they can drive for our business.

In Short

• Provide strategic insights derived from digital marketing, web event and conversion data.
• Build compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards.
• Utilize statistics to inform testing strategies.
• Conduct hands-on advanced analytics using multiple data sources.
• Build relationships with business and data science teams.
• Become familiar with AdTech and MarTech stacks.
• Work with data science and engineering teams for efficient analysis.
• Mentor junior data analyst teammates.
• Identify new opportunities for data usage.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or marketing analysis.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience in building SQL queries.
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital attribution and analytics preferred.
• Statistical programming knowledge (R or Python) preferred.
• Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
