Overview

Red Ventures Growth and Transformation vertical is seeking an experienced Director of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to help drive organic growth. As a Director of SEO, you’ll lead a team of growth marketing analysts and fully own the development of your business's short and long-term strategy for leading financial institutions.

In Short

• Own the organic strategy and performance of one of our client businesses.
• Lead a team of 1-5 growth marketing analysts.
• Analyze organic search landscapes to find opportunities.
• Test, innovate, and build custom solutions.
• Set and experiment with content promotion strategy.
• Leverage proprietary marketing stack for reporting.
• Keep sites and pages technically optimized for mobile users.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in SEO.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Passionate about innovating in organic search.
• Familiar with Google’s quality rater guidelines.
• Capable of identifying emerging competitor tactics.
• Innovative thinking around using AI for efficiency.
• Interested in full funnel testing and page optimization.
