Field Resolution Analyst - Remote

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for diagnosing issues and driving solutions? We are seeking a Field Resolution Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and resolving field-reported issues efficiently and accurately.

In Short

• Track and maintain Problem Report (PR) status using Smartsheets.
• Review, interpret, and diagnose PR requests submitted from job sites.
• Communicate with multiple departments within Red Dot to accurately assess and resolve reported issues.
• Identify the most efficient and cost-effective solutions to reported problems.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure timely follow-up on all PRs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Education or experience in detailing or drafting.
• Previous metal building detailing experience.
• Prior experience in the PEMB industry.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Undergraduate education in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
