We are looking for a new colleague to join our scaffolding team as a Working Foreman. If you have scaffolding experience, can guide a team, and are willing to get your hands dirty, read on!

In Short

  • Coordinate scaffolding activities at various locations.
  • Ensure processes run efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain close contact with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Lead a fixed team and keep everyone motivated.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within set standards.
  • Monitor safety compliance and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work in a dynamic, informal, and growing company.

Requirements

  • Available for 40 hours per week.
  • Positive and solution-oriented attitude towards clients and colleagues.
  • Preferably hold a driver's license B and a valid VCA certificate.
  • Good command of the Dutch language for effective communication.
