In Short

• Track and report the performance of our App and financial products across all relevant KPIs;
• Deeply understand user behavior, including Retention, Churn, Engagement, and specific use cases;
• Consolidate and synthesize reports for C-level stakeholders, aligning with KPIs, OKRs, and budgetary goals;
• Manipulate and analyze large datasets to generate insights and support data-driven decision making;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Marketing, and Compliance to deliver complex analyses aimed at supporting growth strategies (e.g. expansion, development, promotional campaigns);
• Monitor and benchmark competitors’ value propositions and market moves to inform our positioning and innovation pipeline.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis;
• Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools;
• Experience in financial products or mobile applications;
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams;
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement;
• Knowledge of market analysis and competitive benchmarking;
