Senior Facilities Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Facilities Manager will oversee and maintain a range of Owned Properties and Leased Premises across the NSW region, supporting service delivery functions and ensuring compliance with performance standards.

• Manage and maintain properties across the NSW region.
• Support Tabcorp's service delivery functions.
• Serve as second-in-command to the National FM.
• Oversee site budgets and financial operations.
• Engage with team members and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to the FM team.
• Travel may be required, including interstate.
• On-site presence required 5 days a week.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in facilities or property management.
• Experience in corporate environments and with executive-level dealings.
• Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements.
• Understanding of critical facilities and technical aspects of property.
• Strong budget management and financial analysis skills.
• Proven capacity to interpret commercial contracts.
• Must hold a current and valid Driver’s License.
• Motivated self-starter with a track record of quality delivery.
• Engaging people manager who inspires and develops their team.
• Ability to limit risk to JLL and the client.
