Overview

The Senior Accounting Associate I will provide full-scale accounting support for the property management team, acting as a key member of the management team while contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports.
• Oversee the Accounts Receivable process.
• Coordinate the Accounts Payable process.
• Maintain sales information and review reports.
• Assist with annual budget preparation.
• Prepare quarterly financial forecasts.
• Coordinate payroll reporting processes.
• Assist in all audits at the property.
• Supervise cash management procedures.
• Review leases and leasing activity for accurate billing.

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. in Accounting.
• 3-5 years of real estate accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of real estate accounting software preferred.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to maintain customer focus.
• Adaptability to varying environments and tasks.
