Product Manager - Remote

Overview

Real is looking for an experienced, passionate Product Manager to lead key strategic initiatives that support Real’s Brokerage, Mortgage, and Title businesses. The Product Manager serves as the proxy for our internal and external customers and is responsible for working with key stakeholders in the company as well as our top-notch Engineering team to bring products from inception to market.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams.
• Drive the agile product development process.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in technical product management.
• Deep understanding of product management principles.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies.
