Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Manager, Social Listening to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in managing analytics projects and providing insights that help our clients make critical business decisions in the healthcare space.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day analytics relationships with account and activation teams.
• Organize and code social media data effectively.
• Create comprehensive social media analytics reports for pharmaceutical clients.
• Manage 2-3 ongoing or ad-hoc analytics reports.
• Assist in creating measurement frameworks and reporting programs.
• Present research reports to clients.
• Train junior team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Competency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• College degree in relevant fields like market research or social sciences.
• Experience analyzing online social listening data.
• Strategic approach to measurement.
