Overview

The Community Living Specialist role involves supporting individuals with disabilities in their homes and contributing to their community in a meaningful way.

In Short

Provide in-home support and semi-independent living services.
Travel to support individuals in Bloomington and surrounding areas.
Develop and implement community living plans.
Work collaboratively with families and support teams.
Flexible scheduling with potential weekend and holiday work.
Reimbursement for mileage.

Requirements

Post-high school education or equivalent experience.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
