RAPP Detroit is looking for a SVP, Technology to join our award-winning Technology team, serving as the key leader in Data & Technology solutions for clients.

In Short

• Lead and manage technology disciplines in the Central US region.
• Develop technology strategies to support client business objectives.
• Design and inform best-practice architectures and design patterns.
• Present technology solutions to non-technical clients.
• Form Technology 'Pod' teams for internal development.
• Promote technology innovation with clients.
• Establish technology processes and methodologies.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships.
• Ensure quality of technology deliverables.
• Responsible for technology infrastructure management.

Requirements

• 20+ years of technology experience, with 10+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in client service organizations.
• Strong technology consultancy skills.
• Hands-on experience with major marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with cloud providers and data management solutions.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to form positive team relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science required.
• Recent experience with Python and serverless frameworks.
