Operations & Finance Lead - Remote

Overview

The Operations & Finance Lead will oversee key operational functions including administration, finance, procurement, and compliance to ensure smooth business operations at Raidiam.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable and receivable.
• Support bookkeeping activities and month-end processes.
• Monitor outstanding payments and resolve billing queries.
• Work with the People Operations team for onboarding and offboarding.
• Oversee supplier management and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate company travel and manage logistics for events.
• Act as Health & Safety Officer ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Provide operational support to the Board and Senior Leadership Team.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support continuous business improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance systems like Xero.
• Understanding of business operations and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to contribute to operational planning.
