Senior Platform Engineer - Remote

Overview

This position is for a Senior Platform Engineer responsible for the deployment, management, and maintenance of compute infrastructure to support Kubernetes platforms in various environments.

In Short

• Support customers as a Senior Platform Engineer.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes platforms.
• Design and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure architectures.
• Develop and deploy Linux and Windows servers.
• Maintain storage arrays and Kubernetes CSI systems.
• Create and maintain automation scripts and pipelines.
• Work in a hybrid model with up to 3 days/week in the office.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Salary range of $110,000 - $180,000 per year.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with deploying Kubernetes on bare metal.
• Experience with AWS cloud resources (EC2, EBS, S3).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools.
• Experience with VMware.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to obtain Security+ certification within 90 days.
