Overview

The Splunk Engineer is responsible for architecting, engineering, implementing, and administering Splunk solutions in complex computing environments, ensuring high availability and compliance with various standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience in engineering or security operations.
• 5+ years of Splunk engineering and administration experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Splunk Enterprise and Security.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix and shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Splunk APIs for automation.
• Expertise in regex and data parsing.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, or similar.
• Experience with storage systems and networking.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
