Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer / Observability Engineer at Rackspace, you will be part of a team focused on Application Performance Monitoring Suites, solving complex business problems and enhancing customer experiences through observability solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with observability tools like Datadog and Splunk.
• Experience in AWS ecosystem application support.
• Proactive problem identification and solution skills.
• Experience writing code in languages like Python and Shell.
• Familiarity with Terraform or Cloud Formation.
• Experience with configuration management tools.
• Understanding of software development best practices.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
