In Short

• Work with customers and implement Observability solutions
• Build and maintain scalable systems and robust automation
• Develop and maintain monitoring tools, alerts, and dashboards
• Proactively gather and analyze metric and log data
• Collaborate with development teams for new features and enhancements
• Document and share solutions with team members
• Maintain understanding of customer’s business and technical environment
• Identify performance bottlenecks and resolve service issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science or equivalent
• 7 to 14 years of experience
• Senior-level experience with Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps
• Experience with observability tools like Splunk, Datadog, SignalFx
• Experience in AWS ecosystem
• Proactive problem identification and solution approach
• Experience with interpreted languages like Python, PHP, Perl, Ruby
• Experience with Terraform or Cloud Formation
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet
• Good understanding of AWS pricing/cost models
