Incident Manager - Night Shift - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a passionate incident manager to join our Infrastructure Operations (IOPS) department. In this role, you'll be part of the Service Management team that will be in charge of leading the incident management, problem management and change management process.

In Short

• Manage incident response during major incidents.
• Perform the role of incident commander.
• Oversee incident management processes.
• Respond swiftly to service incidents.
• Prioritize incidents based on urgency and impact.
• Create and update Service Management documents.
• Collaborate with the service management team.
• Log and record incidents and resolutions.
• Review and improve incident management processes.
• Lead weekly production health meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or related field.
• At least two years’ experience in IT service management or similar role.
• Experience in a lead role is a plus.
• Understanding of Critical Incident or Emergency response.
• Knowledge of IT service management software.
• Experience with IT systems and software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective time management skills.
