  • Expertise in operating conventional and CNC machine tools.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and CAD drawings.
  • Knowledge of metallurgy and heat-treating processes.
  • Excellent precision measurement techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina required.
