Credit Management Specialist - Remote

Overview

Rockwell Automation is looking for a Credit Management Specialist to join their EMEA Credit Management Team, focusing on providing impactful solutions and fostering collaborative relationships with customers.

In Short

• Engage with EMEA Customers and build relationships.
• Handle collections activities on customer portfolios.
• Reconcile customer accounts and identify disputes.
• Provide customer service regarding accounts receivable balances.
• Classify past due accounts for reporting.
• Make recommendations on potentially uncollectable accounts.
• Utilize automation tools like BOT or HighRadius.
• Maintain accurate information in compliance with policies.
• Support financial audits.
• Work towards achieving group goals and strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Shared Services (OTC or AR).
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent preferred.
• Very good command of German is a plus.
