Overview

The Human Resources Specialist will support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, manage recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Help in SOC 2 Certifications

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding
• Ability to develop training programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience in performance management
• Knowledge of employee record maintenance
• Understanding of legal compliance in HR
• Familiarity with SOC 2 certification processes
