Associate Director, Product Management (Business Intelligence – Sample operations & Biomarker data analytics) - Remote

Overview

As we continue to expand our product management team, we are seeking a highly skilled Product management leader in Sample (Biospecimen) operations and Biomarker data analytics subject domain to lead product management of our product (product that enables analytics on sample inventory & biomarker data).

In Short

• Drive product leadership in sample operations and biomarker analytics.
• Create integrated sample inventory operations and analytics roadmaps.
• Collaborate with multiple teams including Engineering, QA, and Data Sciences.
• Research and determine client and market needs for SaaS products.
• Manage product backlog and feature selection for release planning.
• Lead product grooming sessions and Agile development efforts.
• Define metrics framework for measuring product success.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of Business analysts.
• Conduct periodic stakeholder meetings to update on product strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing for thought leadership in the field.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product/service/project management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Bioinformatics and/or Clinical operations.
• Strong experience in analytics of Clinical operations data.
• Proven track record as a subject matter expert in Clinical operations.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in business proposals and metrics forecasting.
