We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Building Architect to join our dynamic team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an architect with 1-3 years of experience to contribute to exciting and innovative projects.

In Short

  • Assist senior architects in the design and development of architectural projects.
  • Prepare architectural drawings, models, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
  • Conduct site surveys and analyze existing building conditions.
  • Research building codes, regulations, and materials.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project success.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
  • Contribute to the development of design concepts and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural design and technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 1-3 years of experience in architectural design (including internships).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong design and visualization skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Portfolio demonstrating design skills and project experience.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices.
