As a Master Trainer at QBS, you will empower and train professionals in various settings to improve safety and behavioral outcomes for individuals with behavioral challenges.

In Short

• Lead multi-day, in-person Safety-Care training programs.
• Engage audiences using a hands-on, interactive Train-the-Trainer model.
• Travel extensively to customer locations across the U.S.
• Provide exceptional customer service for training-related inquiries.
• Support sales and marketing efforts through demonstrations and webinars.
• Refine and develop training materials for program effectiveness.
• Stay updated on advancements in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Maintain BCBA certification.

Requirements

• Passion for behavior analysis and training.
• Experience in delivering training programs.
• Ability to travel extensively (30 weeks per year).

• BCBA certification required.
